If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, simply return in their original packaging, in salable condition within 30 days from the date of the invoice. We will replace the item or refund your money excluding shipping charge if it’s not free shipping. For free shipping orders, if the customer wants to return an item, the shipping charges will be deducted from the total cost of the item. Absolutely no returns/ refunds after 30 days of the product purchased. Customer must call before returning any product. All returned product must be accompanied with RA # (Return Authorization Number) which will be available by calling the customer service. No returned products will be accepted without RA#. The returned product must be sent with RA#, original receipt/ invoice and the reason of return if any. Customers who want to return their item because of the image errors will not get shipping charges refunded, deals2otc .com is not responsible for any image errors shown on the website as the images are updated or changed by the manufacturer regularly. Customers also have to pay the shipping charges for sending the item back to us; so please make sure before purchasing the item. Orders cancelled on the same day before 2 p.m. Eastern Time (EST) will be issued full credit including shipping charge. After 30 days of the product purchase, if the customer wants to return the product for any reason, 25% of your original invoice will be deducted excluding shipping charge. Shipping charge is not refundable for returned products. We also provide free return shipping if the product is being returned due to our error. Once your product has been returned and the customer wants a refund, it will be issued within 7 to 15 business days after the verification of the product. Customers who purchased products and elected 2nd Day/ Overnight Shipping and wants a replacement for the returned product and if it is our error, it will be shipped through the shipping method you selected. If it is not our error, but you still want the product replaced and not the refund, we will not ship the order through the same shipping method you selected but will be shipped through standard shipping which we will charge. If the customer wants the product to be shipped priority/ express, the shipping will be charged. Some restrictions may apply. Seasonal products like sun care- sun tanning, sunscreen protection, children’s sun care and other sun care products cannot be returned or refunded. Please make sure before you place an order.
International Shipment Returns
International customers who purchased products and if your order is returned to us because the customer refuses the package or an address error was made by the customer or ordered items are not allowed by customs into the country, the customer will be fully responsible for the shipping charges billed to deals2otc .com. If customs stops the items ordered by the customer into the country and if the package is lost, no credit will be given to the customer. If the item is returned to us due to customs rules and regulations, 25% to 50% of your original invoice and shipping will be deducted and shipping charge will not be credited. Customers should be aware of all the custom duties, laws and regulations before placing an order.
